~ MyGrandmothersHands ~

The Healer

I'm constantly amazed at the wide variety of exceptional artisan work offered on Etsy and I decided to start going through some of the ones I have
"hearted" and periodically featuring them here. It was only a year ago that I discovered Etsy and hopefully if you are not familiar with this site, you will do yourself a favour and treat yourself to the myriad of highly creative artisan
(and also some vintage) shops on this fascinating site.

Today's shop is MyGrandmothersHands. I was immediately drawn to the organic and spiritual nature of the items offered. They are creative, tactile, mystical and a treat to view.

Earth Medicine

Yemaya's Offering

Checking out the artist's profile, I was not surprised to see that she has Cherokee and Choctaw blood mixing with that of her European ancestors coursing through her veins. Her story on how she began her creative journey is interesting and I urge you to read it while visiting her shop.

Complementing her enchanting and mystical artwork, handcrafted journals (complete with tiny attached medicine bags) and leather tarot bags are also offered

Many more items are offered at MyGrandmothersHands...visit, browse and enjoy!

Wow Sue, great find! I love her work...earthy and maybe a little dark...which is right down my alley!! :D

I particularly love cabinet of curiosities but all of them are lovely. Can you get her to join ADO? ;)

Sue, these are fabulous! Thanks so much for sharing this woman's work.
I love that you have such a generosity of spirit that you do this.
It's one of the real sparkling undercurrents of the blogging world....and those that live in this world. It appears to be a community of generosity and goodness. And in these trying times, that generosity is so sweet.
You, my friend, are a treasure.
