Intermission

Still working on my bust piece - attempted two headpieces yesterday but scrapped them as they did not convey the feeling I wanted. I also had trouble with my fingers on my right hand being numb (that damn carpel tunnel) so it was a bit of an exercise in futility as I kept dropping my needle and thread.

Blackmore's Night is one of my favorite bands and I thought some of the pics in the above video were great. Hope you enjoy! (PS - x out the stupid pop-up ad on the bottom of the video)

Good day Sue!
What a wonderful video...it has put a whole new spin on my day!
So sorry about your hand...truly. My daughter has carpel tunnel and massage has really helped make a difference...that and resting it...a hard thing for an artist to do...
The book of Renee is such a good idea. I didn't know her as well as so many of you did but the glimpses of her spirit I had will stay with me forever.
hug, hug

Looking forward to seeing what you're working on Sue! Sorry to hear about your hand. I've struggled with it for years. Get a good brace. The kind that has metel in it. And wear it 24/7 for about 2 weeks. Horrible I know but the results will amaze you!

My husband has Carpel tunnel too, I hope you feel able to work soon, I know it is not something you will be better from completely.

Loved "Night Ghost of a Rose" Pictures are beautiful as is the music. Thankyou.

I have days where things don't come together also. The carpel tunnel must be aggravating to an artist such as you. Hopefully your next attempts will go smoothly.

Thanks for the comment on the gumdrop flowers, they really are easy, messy on the fingers but easy. Have fun making them. Remember if you do try them, be sure to show us a photo. Thanks.

Hey Sue, I am sorry you are having so much trouble with your art. I am having trouble with mine, but not with nearly the setbacks you have! So I am sending you big hugs! Love the video, just stellar!

The photos in that video (and their music) are amazing! Thanks for sharing. And thank you for visiting my blog the other day. (I posted about Extreme Spring Cleaning because of a heater soot malfunction.) I'm going to explore more of your blog later. Love the doll that have posted on your main page!!
