I love fantasy as it
leaves everything to the imagination and gives one the freedom when creating to express this.
My inspiration often comes from antique bits of lace and/or
fabric, old photos, antique display items, found objects in nature. A lilting tune can also inspire me, as can other artists' works.
I live in a wonderfully quaint town approx. an hour
northeast of Toronto, Ontario with my hubby and our dog and cat. Both daughters have flown
the coop.
Cool photo. Now you have me wondering where he's going!
I love all of your holiday goodies below. Your daughter is so talented! I'm a sucker for anything in a box. And I agree with you about never having enough books. My family keeps trying to get me to buy a Kindle since I read so much but I'm not ready to give up on actual paper. Ugh, technology!
Love this photo...dark and mysterious! Sounds like santa was good to you too this year Sue. Lots of cool stuff. I am a book aholic too. Can't get enough of them and yours look pretty cool! LOL ;-)
LOVE this picture!! He is most certainly walking toward me, as there are no footprints left in the snow. conjures up all sorts of emotions and memories. Dark and beautiful!!

This has so much emotion for me.
Pattee
Pattee, I felt the same about this pic. There seems to be a lot of poignant pathos in this pic. And, is he coming? or going? to where? or from where?
Of course, the b & w certainly adds to the overall feeling.

Sue
Now that is interesting.

That picture is so great...It reminds me of a scene at the end of the movie Little Women with Kathryn Hepburn....
